Ally's Acacia Core Coffee, named after Ethiopia's national tree, is sourced from smallholder farmers in the Guji region. Our Ethiopia Acacia Natural variety, selected for its sweet and fruity profile, encapsulates the classic flavors of Ethiopia's renowned coffee regions. This coffee is the result of the collective efforts of the local smallholder farmers, who meticulously hand-pick only the ripest cherries, transferring them directly to raised drying beds for sun-drying.
