Return Policy for Roasted Coffee:

  1. We take pride in the quality of our roasted coffee and want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your coffee order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

  2. If you receive an incorrect order, damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will work with you to rectify the situation, which may include a full refund or a replacement of the product.

  3. If you received a shipment that was damaged during the shipping process, please take a photo of the damaged package and notify us immediately. We will file a claim with the shipping carrier and send you a replacement shipment as soon as possible.

  4. If you wish to return an unopened bag of coffee, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Once we receive the unopened bag of coffee, we will issue you a refund for the purchase price of the coffee, minus any shipping fees.

  5. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns for opened bags of coffee due to the nature of the product.

Please note that we reserve the right to refuse a return or refund if the product is not in its original packaging or if we suspect that the product has been used or tampered with.
