Fazenda Primavera is situated in Angelândia, Minas Gerais, at the crossroads of the Atlantic forest and Cerrado biomes. Its elevation of 950–1050 meters fosters ideal conditions for specialty coffee, with average temperatures ranging from 20–24 °C and annual precipitation between 1,000–1,300 mm.

Equipped with cutting-edge facilities like a 24,000 m² drying patio, 14 electric dryers, and processing equipment for various coffee types, Primavera mainly cultivates Red and Yellow Catuai alongside other varieties like Topazio and Gesha.

Over its decades-long history since the 1970s, the 1,240-hectare Primavera has evolved into a sustainable operation, producing 12,000 bags of coffee annually. Sustainability practices include water recycling for energy production and composting coffee pulp for natural fertilizer.

In 2022, Grupo Montesanto Tavares sold Primavera to GMT Farms, now led by Operations Director Ronaldo Morais Pena Filho. With a focus on innovation and consumer trends, Primavera employs methods like Honey processing, intercropping with shade trees, and microlot drying on raised beds.

This decaffeinated lot from Primavera underwent Swiss Water decaffeination, a meticulous process involving multiple cycles of water saturation and caffeine removal, preserving the coffee's rich flavor profile.
